Sean was born and raised in Jacksonville and attended high school at Bartram Trail in St. Johns County. He graduated from the University of Florida in 2012 with a business degree and moved back to Jacksonville to attend the University of North Florida to obtain an MBA in Finance.
While in school Sean developed a passion for everything real estate, with a focus on developing a residential investment portfolio and flipping luxury beach homes. Sean started investing in real estate the very next year right after graduation and started 'HomePoint Investments' and has been buying and selling properties ever since. Sean has held a Florida's real estate license for seven years and has developed a passion for helping others find their dream homes, sell their property or build their own portfolio of income producing real estate.
For 2019 Sean has sold over 20+ single family and investment properties, totaling over $8 million dollars in closed sales volume.
