Degree in Urban Geography
From the time Curtis could open a book, he was fascinated by cultures and ways of life. Every elementary school lunch hour was spent in the library reading about past civilizations and looking at ancient stone buildings and wonder “how did they build that?” and “What were these used for?” and imagining how people lived. Curtis learned early on that no matter what place or time one lives no one ever has the exact same idea about what the ideal life looks like. This could not be more evident when it comes to real estate. People are not a cookie-cutter one size fits all kind of situation. Curtis is not a cookie-cutter one size fits all kind of real estate agent. He loves to help people and by being a property matchmaker he gets to help many people realize their next life chapter.
Curtis has a degree in Urban Geography from the University of Washington with intense study focuses on social demography, economics, global trade, thematic mapping, urban ecology, environmental law, epidemiology, architecture and urban planning. In addition, he has studied social planning policies and water management in The Netherlands. Curtis has worked in various aspects of masonry construction and continues his love for stone, brick and old-world skills with artistic pursuits of stone carvings, mosaics and garden design.
