About Dori
I'm passionate about real estate, and proud to represent our PNW region in The Compass Greater Seattle Office. With a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Design from UC Davis, my Managing Brokers license, and over 20 years of experience in the home industry, my background allows me to offer my Compass agents support in a wide array of real estate and creative needs. My leadership position at Compass follows my passion to grow and nurture individuals to reach their unrealized potential.
Prior to my current role as a Sales Manager, I've owned a Seattle based staging business, founded a private art education firm ArtWise NW, project managed red carpet events, and worked as an interior design Asst Department Chair at F.I.D.M. Los Angeles. All of these pursuits inspired me to create a local woman run real estate team focused on community, called "Six Degrees Team", and ultimately led me full-circle back to education and leadership where I am today. I get to work with top agents on a daily basis, collaborate with the finest real estate agency in the country, and help create a Seattle - Fremont culture where our teamwork is a catalyst that helps change people's lives for the better everyday.
