Hello! We're so glad you're here. Let us tell you a little bit about what we do and how we work:
We are a group of dedicated Realtors who serve greater Seattle, Shoreline, Edmonds, Lynnwood, Lake Forest Park and beyond. People are our priority. We are passionate about helping all kinds of people, in all stages of their lives.
We educate buyers and sellers through each step of the home transaction process, giving them the tools to make well-informed decisions.
Renovating and selling Seattle area homes is one of our specialties. We create a pre-listing plan that could include renovations, repairs, cleaning, home organization, staging, and more. For some of our clients, circumstances call for additional listing support services during their sale. We work with seniors and individuals to guide them through a downsize and help them sell a home they have lived in for many years. And, we work with adult children who are in need of assistance with the sale of their parents’ home. Wtih compassion and care, we help with the following:

We stay connected to our clients as a resource for home vendors and support long after the sale. A tenet of Six Degrees is that we are always trying to uplift our community. We do this through hosting FUN events for our clients and the surrounding community. We giveback through special events and fundraisers to local organizations with an emphasis on helping women and children, food insecurities, and housing needs.
