Born and raised in Santa Monica and Malibu, Severin Rhys Braham has more than two decades of personal experience in the most desirable areas of Los Angeles. Severin is an integral member of the Pence Hathorn Silver team, contributing to the group’s $3.8+ billion in total sales volume. A nimble navigator of each transaction, Severin understands the varied nuances each deal brings and is equipped with the knowledge to educate his clients and ensure timely, pleasant, and smooth closes after spending 4 years directing hundreds of transactions for some of the top teams in LA.

Severin is known for his approachability, skillful ability to authentically connect with others, and tireless commitment to his clients looking to buy, sell, or invest in real estate. A naturally engaging people person with a love for international travel, Severin is armed with a world-aware sensibility and a broad-reaching network of professional contacts from a range of industries, including esports, entertainment, and technology.

Severin attained a degree in Business Administration from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and previously served as a consultant at Oracle, handling high-revenue clients across all markets. This role deepened his mastery of forward-facing technology, which he readily employs while marketing properties and connecting his clients to their perfect homes. Severin holds dual citizenship in the United Kingdom, where his father’s family resides, and studied in Spain at the Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona.

An avid surfer, gamer, and yogi, in his free time Severin can often be found on the waves in Malibu or on the sand with his French bulldogs, Buddy and Rowe.
