Longstanding and Local
A top-producing residential specialist, Aimee Klarich has represented San Francisco Peninsula buyers and sellers since 2006. She specializes in Burlingame, San Mateo and surrounding cities. Aimee is a member of the exclusive Top Agent Network, which offers membership only to the top 10% of real estate professionals.
The majority of Aimee’s business comes from past clients and referrals. Her clients encompass a broad range of tech, financial, educational, civil and corporate professionals. A peninsula native, she understands the in-depth features and benefits of her local communities and has insights on schools, parks, businesses and what gives each area its unique offerings.
Aimee’s clients consistently cite her straight talk and honest dealings in a transaction. She negotiates passionately and is protectively honest with clients if she feels that an aspect of a property and or a negotiation is not in the client’s best interest. For sellers, her corporate/business background strengthens her property marketing by leveraging online channels as well as professional relationships to maximize property exposure to potential buyers. For buyers, she teaches home buying courses regularly and is available morning, noon and night to answer questions and concerns of her clients. She has a powerful and trusted team of lenders, inspectors, contractors, photographers and stagers ready to ensure that a transaction is seamless from start to finish, and a good use of quality resources. Quite simply, Aimee’s clients are her first priority.
Keeping it Local
Aimee’s Burlingame roots go back 5 generations. Growing up in Burlingame’s Village Park neighborhood, she attended Village Park Preschool, Lincoln Elementary, Burlingame Intermediate and Burlingame High School. She participated in sports, student councils and Burlingame camps both as a camper and counselor.
It was the quality of life growing up on the peninsula that inspires Aimee to run her business locally. She understands the competitive nature of the market and often comes up with creative ways to enable her buyers to become homeowners. She uses her longstanding connections to ‘mine’ off-market opportunities and keeps her eye on the inventory constantly. The dream of homeownership, while often seemingly distant to many peninsula buyers, is what drives her.
Aimee, her husband and three children live in Burlingame’s Easton Addition. Her husband is a Fire Captain with the Central County Fire Department, which serves Burlingame, Hillsborough and Millbrae. Their son attends Lincoln Elementary and their daughter is in Village Park Preschool like her brother and mother. Aimee’s maiden name is Snodgrass, a unique name known for generations in town. Aimee’s family also includes multiple generations of Burlingame Firefighters. Her grandfather was a Battalion Chief and her father was a Deputy Fire Marshal. Her husband carries on the tradition.
Aimee graduated from the University of California, Davis with a business degree in Textiles & Clothing Economics, which she then applied during a seven- span with some of the largest brands in America, including Levi’s, Gap and Mervyn’s. Working in the retail industry, Aimee exceeded business plans, conducted buyer and seller negotiations, performed market analysis, set product pricing, and developed marketing and promotional strategies, all skills necessary for a successful Realtor. Aimee hit a professional milestone when she was entrusted by Gap to manage a $1 billion business. The financial and aesthetic instincts Aimee gained in the apparel industry benefit her real estate clients in numerous ways, whether buying or selling homes and property.
