Amy is a fourth generation San Franciscan. She grew up in Sea Cliff and attended Katherine Delmar Burke School and Urban High School. Amy studied communications at UCLA and spent a semester abroad in London and a semester abroad in Florence. After graduating from UCLA, Amy worked in San Francisco and then in New York City in public relations. In New York, Amy was a successful publicist handling a wide range of beauty clients. After two years in New York, Amy decided to return to her roots and pursue a career in real estate. Amy comes from a family of Real Estate professionals. Her mother is an agent at Compass, and her grandfather is a broker who owned his own company, Hurwitt Realty Company. Prior to working at Compass, Amy sold residential real estate in San Francisco at Hill & Co. for 11 years. Amy is currently a Broker Associate.

Amy has traveled extensively and enjoys swimming, design, architecture and collecting art and photography. She is an active member of SFMoMa Contemporaries which supports contemporary art and artists by connecting through programs, discussions and events.
