Kristin Cashin has been exposed to real estate her entire life. As a third-generation realtor in the Cashin family, Kristin carries on a 60-year tradition of excellence in Peninsula real estate. Kristin attended St. Raymond's School, Castilleja, Menlo High School, and Georgetown University. After graduating from Georgetown, Kristin moved to New York and worked in retail marketing for two years before returning to the Bay Area. She spent seven years with a local private equity firm, most recently as director of research. Born and raised in Menlo Park and Atherton, Kristin has lifelong knowledge of the neighborhoods and surrounding towns, the schools, and the people. This, combined with her astute understanding of buying and selling real estate, gives her a level of expertise that is second to none.
David Cashin, a third-generation Realtor, was born and raised in Menlo Park and Atherton. His grandfather, Emmet Cashin, was an owner of Fox and Carskadon, which had a stronghold on the Peninsula real estate market for decades. David’s father, Skip Cashin, followed in his dad’s footsteps and created a highly successful real estate brokerage, Cashin Company. Both companies were built on integrity and honesty with a strong sense of community. After a very successful career, providing white-glove service in the hotel industry, David has joined his sister Kristin as part of the Cashin Group – carrying on a longlasting legacy of exceptional real estate service and results for buyers and sellers on the Peninsula.
