It’s clear to those who know me that I love everything about my real estate business --- forming meaningful relationships, analyzing homes for possibilities, negotiating contracts, and most of all, providing unbiased professional advice to my clients. Since 2002, I’ve steadily grown my real estate business and attracted numerous repeat clients by staying true to my core belief of treating others as I would want to be treated. Every day, I try to provide the highest caliber of service, counsel and professionalism by drawing upon my local real estate knowledge, as well as my prior experience in real estate development, engineering and construction management, marketing management and consulting.
When I started my residential real estate business, I combined my two life-long career passions and past experiences in real estate and marketing to provide dedicated, customized service to my clients. In serving my clients, I draw upon my diverse real estate experience as a civil engineer trained at MIT, who designed large-scale buildings with Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, an internationally renowned architectural firm, managed marquee projects with Tishman Construction, a major construction management firm and developed residential properties with Trammell Crow, a premier real estate development company. After obtaining my MBA at Stanford University, I gained valuable experience in marketing and general management as Brand Manager for a number of consumer brands at The Clorox Company. I also consulted with a number of Bay Area start-up companies, ranging from apparel to financial services.
Every client’s circumstance is unique, so I combine my consulting skills and management experience to provide customized service to optimize solutions for each real estate buyer and seller. I personally manage each project to ensure responsive service and optimal results. My relationship with a client often continues long after the end of a transaction, as I pride myself in developing life-long contact. I’m frequently called upon by past clients to discuss improvements, troubleshoot problems and to refer preferred vendors.
