I also spent several years in sales and marketing of telecommunication products. I got involved in real estate through my own buying and selling of properties in the Bay Area. Utilizing equity and an excellent sense of what property improvements generate higher sales prices, I turned one condo in San Francisco into a large number of income properties. In 2000, I became a licensed real estate professional and now assist others to maximize their investments in real estate. I specialize in residential sales in El Cerrito, Albany, Berkeley, Oakland, Emeryville, and Alameda. I also have received advanced training in negotiation and received my GREEN designation with the National Association of Realtors®.
