Debbie is a highly trained realtor but, first and foremost, she’s a people person. From her 20-year first career in corporate marketing and account management, to her past 15 years in the real estate industry, Debbie has found that what brings her the most joy is making her clients happy.
While the saying may go, “Live in New York City once, but leave before it makes you hard. Live in Northern California once, but leave before it makes you soft,” in 1978, Debbie moved to San Francisco from her New York upbringings, and she hasn’t looked back since. In 1998, she moved to Hillsborough with her husband and young son, and since then has immersed herself in the community of San Mateo County. Today, Debbie is an ongoing contributor to numerous associations and organizations, including Hillsborough Schools Foundation, SolMateo, Caminar, and San Mateo County Health Foundation.
Debbie started her real estate career in 2004 as a full-time assistant to a top producer, during which time she learned the skills essential to becoming a high-achieving agent. She obtained her real estate salesperson license in 2007 and became an independent sales associate in 2008. Her work ethic earned her a spot among the top 100 producing agents in the Peninsula with former Brokerage Coldwell Banker, and top 3% of agents worldwide. In early 2019, Deborah joined Compass, a technology-focused Brokerage comprised of experienced, local experts.

In addition to a laser focus on detail, Debbie prides herself on providing her clients with an exceptional level of personalized service, along with customized strategic marketing and expert negotiating skills. She delivers a full range of concierge services, many of which are complimentary and result in significant client savings. Importantly, with her team, Debbie manages and coordinates all aspects of the sales process to ensure critical milestones are met on-time. But what’s most important to Debbie? That at the end of the day, many of her clients consider her to be not only their realtor, but their friend, too.
Even though real estate can be all-consuming, Debbie spends her free time on her Kindle, cycling on her stationary bike, binge-watching the latest Netflix series with her husband Ture, or spending time with extended family and friends.
