Let me add to my previous review that Deniece continually demonstrates her expertise and familiarity with all things real estate and her clients are the beneficiaries. In this case Deniece noticed that the square footage registered for our property just didn't seem right. We checked and sure enough while our property was historically just under 7,000 sq. ft. a quick call to the city, some rechecked math and we were suddenly selling a 10,070 sq. ft. property! Amazing!
