Jason Keith has been brokering commercial real estate transactions specializing in San Francisco apartment buildings since 2005. Mr. Keith is an authority on the San Francisco Building Market. Representing both Buyers and Sellers, he has transactions totaling over 750,000 square feet and $230,000,000 in total sales. Some notable properties include the $3.9 million dollar sale of 1580 Filbert; and the sale of 2045 California Street, which was the highest GRM of any 10+ unit transaction, citywide, for over 24 months.


Mr. Keith meticulously maintains a comprehensive database of all San Francisco apartment building transactions. He has a thorough knowledge of the often-complex regulatory environments, area trends and an eye for value. As a result, Mr. Keith has repeatedly been commended for his knowledge and advisory in the San Francisco Apartment Building Market.


Mr. Keith’s experience also includes the acquisition and disposition of retail, office, mixed use and vacant land properties. He also actively manages both apartments and retail units. He has represented landlords in commercial and residential leasing transactions, and is highly commended by all of his clients.
