“Joanne is great! She is very responsive, has a thorough understanding of the local real estate market and is superb at walking you through everything that needs to get done. She referred a wonderful realtor that my wife & I used to find our new house in another county. After patiently waiting for nine months for us to be ready to move, Joanne helped us (1) find an organizer to get us through sorting and disposing of 30 years worth of detritus and locating a good mover; (2) find a contractor to intelligently renovate our old condo, plus a window replacement company, a painter, a flooring company and finally cleaners. Her folks came in at the low end of our renovation budget and did great work in a very timely manner. (3) Joanne also dealt with our Home Owners Association, their old management company and their new one. (4) She found a wonderful associate to keep things moving when her vacation came up, and checked in with us during her trip. (5) Finally Joanne listed, sold, and closed our condo within a couple of weeks once the renovations were done and got us significantly more than we expected. Real estate transactions are always going to be stressful but Joanne really lightens your load. We heartily recommend her to anyone wanting to buy or sell property in the Bay Area.”

“Joanne guided us through all aspects of selling our condo from advice on giving notice to the tenant, to what needed to be upgraded and to what extent to appeal to the target market. She even helped find contractors. She was great about keeping in touch during the whole process and was always right on top of responding to any queries or concerns we had. We were extremely pleased with the final result and highly recommend her to anybody buying or selling in the area.”
