Being successful in the competitive field of real estate sales takes a great deal of energy, patience, and commitment to clients - all trademarks of my outstanding service-oriented approach. Preparing a home for sale is a real specialty of mine. I have a full-time assistant to help me with this, but also an entire team of professionals at my disposal to make your home look like a model - from painters to contractors, landscapers to stagers, and everywhere in between. Our success in preparing homes has resulted in an average days on market of just 16 for my sellers. This start to finish service brings results in the least amount of time and for top $. For buyers, my negotiating skills, perseverance, and almost 3 decades of connections within the real estate community brings results - including knowing what homes are available for sale "off market." Having lived in San Mateo for over 30 years, my intimate knowledge of this area is also an important aspect of getting results for my clients.

HISTORY

Established in 1982. My career has been vast and varied, including as a business owner, sales trainer, and professional speech therapist. But real estate sales has been my true calling and my passion since I began in 1982. I have always specialized in the northern San Francisco Peninsula area, particularly in Hillsborough, Burlingame, and San Mateo. I am proud to be part of the prestigious firm, Compass Realtors and of having achieved many awards, including Gold Circle of Excellence (Top 1%) San Mateo/Burlingame Board of Realtors, Life Member Silver Circle of Excellence, Top Sales Person of the Year, and Lifetime Senior Marketing Consultant.
