Kaitlin Lopin Gilbert joined the Carey Hagglund Condy Team in 2019 and has since overseen over $160,000,000 in sales. Kaitlin is a buyer agent with a special focus on Fairfax and San Anselmo. She was born and raised in San Anselmo where she attended Ross Valley School District and now lives in Fairfax with her husband. Kaitlin earned her BA in Business Administration with an emphasis in project management from California State University, Chico.
Kaitlin began her career in commercial Real Estate in 2015 working for a commercial real estate firm where she handled investor relations and worked on development projects. Having recently purchased her first home, Kaitlin has a passion for working with first time home buyers and sellers. Kaitlin prides herself on providing an extremely high touch level of service, rooted in a methodical and detail-oriented foundation. Her tenacity, relatability and integrity are further complemented by her three decades of Marin County expertise.
Kaitlin loves spending time exploring the many outdoor trails near Fairfax and San Anselmo as well as exploring the beauty of the Bay Area with her husband and beloved dog.
