Kat takes a progressive and highly analytical approach to her work, consistently innovating in her practice to best serve the needs of her clients. While understanding the best tools to analyze and effectively communicate with clients, she also knows that buying or selling a home can be an emotional and stressful process. She is level-headed and practical, which are essential skills to ease clients towards their goals in the Bay Area real estate market.
Kat specializes in both the Silicon Valley and San Francisco markets, and has been serving her clients since 2012.
After graduating from Vanderbilt University with a B.A. in history, Kat spent six years racing with several professional cycling teams domestically and with the U.S. national team in Europe. Biking continues to play an important role in Kat’s life; she loves riding up and down the Peninsula with her partner Ali and other friends from the cycling community. Kat also sits on the National Advisory Council for NCLR and supports organizations focused on civil- and human-rights work.
