Bay Area native Kim Wiley led an idyllic childhood at her family's three-acre home, and in fifth grade, a fateful family move to Vacaville put her on the path to meeting high school sweetheart, now husband of 20 years, Todd.
After receiving a bachelor's degree in business with a concentration in marketing and a minor in graphic design, Kim pursued a career in advertising, and in short order, she landed a position at the top firm in the city. Once again, fate had other ideas and steered Kim to a career in financial services where she had significant success in a number of prestigious roles. By 2013, as Todd's real estate business was flourishing, she made the decision to join him.
Today, Kim credits that 18 years of serving ultrahigh net worth individuals in the financial industry for instilling a genuine care for her real estate clients' success and an in-depth understanding of the process and emotion that comes with important financial decisions.
As for their life as a team, Kim says, "Our professional backgrounds complement each other and benefit our clients by providing a dynamic that is unlike most in the business. Now, we really do approach everything in life together!"
Todd and Kim Wiley are the San Francisco Real Estate Group, the Wiley Team at Compass.
A recent interview on KPIX 5 regarding the Mondrian Inspired home at 2140 Great Highway which recently sold for $2,050,000 on San Francisco's Ocean Beach. It's an incredible place to live and the price attained for this home was fitting considering its location and front row views of the Pacific and sunsets just outside the living and dining room windows. Its location is unlike any others in San Francisco. Of course, a surfer bought it; but will it remain painted the same? Sources close to me say "no!"
