There is never a dull moment in the real estate business! Our Mid-Peninsula market is vibrant, exciting and constantly changing. It takes an experienced, vigilant and keen eye on the market to keep up in our ever-evolving piece of the world. And I love it!
A very unique and personal aspect of my business is working with seniors, trustees and downsizers. Having worked with these clients, I have come to realize the special care and unique set of challenges downsizing or selling the family home creates.
Many of my clients have lived in their homes for decades and are unfamiliar with the process of selling their home. Compassion, sensitivity, and patience are needed to ease the worries of these home sellers through a step-by-step explanation of the selling process with a final result of the receiving the highest possible sales price. I have built a team of professionals to help create as smooth and stress-free process as possible. From sellers moving into assisted living centers, children helping their parents move or seniors or baby-boomers relocating, I strive to be a senior resource center for all my clients.
Whether its measuring furniture to make sure it fits in the new home, preparing the family home for sale or driving a client to the airport: I will make sure it gets done!
My job allows me to travel through-out the Mid-Peninsula, concentrating on neighborhoods from Burlingame to Mountain View. My family and I have lived in Belmont for the past 25+ years while my centrally located office in Menlo Park creates an ideally located office base. Along with my business, my passions are my family and friends and my dogs. I derive a great deal of satisfaction volunteering for Mission Hospice and Random Acts of Flowers. I love hiking, swimming, reading, and in the past years, I have discovered the excitement of sailing in the Caribbean!
