Lori Olson

Local real estate veteran Lori Olson draws from her comprehensive knowledge of home staging and marketing to provide local home sellers with the highest possible return on equity.  Serving buyers, sellers and investors in Dublin, Pleasanton and the surrounding areas, Lori is known for her attention to detail, creativity and dedication to the interests of her clients.

With a background in real estate that began in the late 1990s, working with her family’s design/build construction company, Lori has a thorough understanding of the residential permitting process, building materials and practices.  She also credits the experience for giving her a solid footing in property valuations, interior and exterior design, as well as in-depth knowledge pertaining to the Oak Hills/Alameda marketplace.

As an aspect of her commitment to provide her clients with a superior standard of service and support, Lori has consistently worked to refine her skills.  Along with completing the additional education required to become a Trained Expert Negotiator, she earned the certified e-Pro designation, bringing her up to date with latest trends in online marketing and cybersecurity, and the Seller Representative Specialist designation.

A resident of Dublin since 2008, Lori enjoys sharing her local expertise to match her buyers with the perfect home, neighborhood and lifestyle to fit their needs.  Responsive, enthusiastic and professional, she has built a solid reputation and a vast network of local connections, to aid and assist her clients in every aspect of their transactions.

Real estate has been the perfect career choice for Lori, who loves researching the local market and learning more about the industry when she isn’t busy working.  As a part of the Tim McGuire Team, she is proud of the fact that she has consistently ranked at the top of the Pleasanton, Tri-Valley and Alameda County markets.  Lori is also proud that she has been able to donate 10 percent out of every commission to World Vision, an organization focused on ending poverty and injustice.
