The NEEDS OF THE CLIENT are my number one focus during a real estate transaction. My ability to be client centric has been fine-tuned through over 30 years of business experience. Using a consultative approach, I currently assist clients achieve their real estate objectives. A blend of real estate expertise, strong work ethics, and sales capabilities enable me to get results for people who are selling or buying real estate.

During the years prior to becoming a Realtor, I developed a successful business as a sales training consultant, executive coach and career transition coach. I built my business principles at Aluminum Company of America in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

After relocating to California in 1979, I developed my sales expertise at Xerox and McGraw-Hill International where I was consistently a top performer and award-winning sales representative. Saratoga became home beginning in 1979, with the exception of 18-months in Irvine, CA, and I have lived in the "Golden Triangle" of Saratoga since 1987. Extensive community volunteering has helped establish a wide network of respected friends and associates.

I have structured my real estate business on a team approach that capitalizes on the experience and competencies of top professionals who are the very best in their fields. I have earned a reputation as a knowledgeable, caring, hard worker. By using creativity and collaborative best efforts to build this team approach, I rally appropriate resources to assist my clients during the entire real estate process.
