About Robert

Rob’s passion for real estate started in the mid-1990s when he negotiated his first San Francisco property investment. Soon after, he left his corporate strategy job for a career in real estate and has never looked back.

A licensed broker for 20 years Rob has negotiated over $500 million in real estate transactions and has managed over $1B of real estate lending. He’s represented clients on properties ranging from condos and single-family homes to large apartment, retail and office complexes.

A former sales and marketing executive for real estate tech startups, Rob serves buyers and sellers with modern, cutting-edge marketing strategies and tools. A lifelong learner he continuously studies innovative business and negotiation techniques from all sectors. A local resident for over 25 years Rob combines deep local market knowledge with his solid Midwestern work ethic and disposition, having been born and raised in Iowa.

Outside of real estate Rob likes to spend his free time with his daughter, volunteering with her various activities including our local schools, Girl Scouts, theater, swimming, and the list goes on. He loves to hike the extraordinary Bay Area trails, explore new recipes in the kitchen, and plays classical guitar
