About Robyn

Selling a client’s home or finding a client a new home is a personal experience. When I work with my clients, there is a special bond created between us. I especially enjoy working with past clients as we already know and trust each other.

I am a native of Philadelphia and have a B.A. in education from the University of Bridgeport and an ED.M. from SUNY at Buffalo.

I moved to the Bay area in 1977.  After receiving my real estate license in May of 1978, I joined Valley Realty and continued when they merged with Coldwell Banker.  I earned my broker’s license in February of 1982. While at Coldwell Banker, I achieved many awards for top production including:  Salesperson of the Month, Quarterly Sales Awards, Gold Circle Award, 100% Club, and Life Member of the President’s Club.

In 1990, I joined Pacific Union as a founding member and partner. Now with Compass, we have grown to a most successful 60 full-time agent office, attracting the top-producing agents in the Oakland Hills/Piedmont area. For over 30 years, I have been a top-producing agent/broker in the Oakland Hills/Piedmont markets.

In 1993 I earned my CRS designation (Certified Residential Specialist) in order to provide my clients with the highest professional service. This designation is the highest designation in residential sales awarded by the National Association of Realtors.

I live in a circa-1939 Monterey Colonial home in the Crocker Highlands district of Oakland. My husband, Bill, is also a real estate broker. He is the owner of Mohr Financial, a firm specializing in private offerings of investment real estate.

Real estate is very demanding of my time including evenings and weekends. I, like many realtors, find myself  “on call” most of the time. However, when I am not working, I find time to enjoy working in my garden; ice skating; skiing; sailing; Jazzercise; tap dancing; collecting antique “Flow Blue” china, English tea caddies, fan-shaped vases, etiquette books, and card cases (1835-1940); or cheering on the 49ers.
