I began my career in marketing and sales after graduating from the University of California, Berkeley with a B.A. degree, and then later adding an MBA in Marketing and Finance. Prior to embarking upon a career in real estate in the year 2000, I held various senior leadership positions in marketing and sales with Fortune 100 telecommunications and data networking companies. This included holding the position of sales vice president for a health care technology business unit of AT&T and being vice president of sales operations for AT&T's Business Sales in the western US.
My professional experience in corporate America enabled me to build a portfolio of skills in customer service, finance, sales, marketing, technology, and negotiating that few real estate professionals have had had the opportunity to acquire. Over the years, I have continued to build upon my technical skills in the application of technology to the marketing of our clients’ homes and the management of our clients' transactions. Over recent years, this has included being at the forefront of the use of social media, search engine optimization (SEO), video, and other related technologies now critically important to being a successful marketer in today's world. As a real estate professional, I take pride in being highly focused on the needs of our clients, results oriented, and achieving a level of professionalism that is uncommon in this business.
