Prior to my career in real estate, I spent ten years in the retailing business, culminating in my positions as store manager, and merchandise manager for MACY*S California. I am a native Californian, a graduate of Smith College (1981) with a degree in clinical psychology. My husband Doug is both an entrepreneur and professor of political science at Stanford University, and we live in Woodside.
I have been a volunteer with Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Stanford Hospice and have been a driver for the San Mateo County Meals on Wheels program. My most recent volunteer experience has been as a Reading Partner with a fourth grader at the Taft Elementary School in Redwood City. I am on the Board of Directors for the Woodside Junior Riders, a member of the Town of Woodside Trails Committee, a member of the WHOA! (Woodside Area Horse Owners Association) Steering Committee, and I am an avid horsewoman.
