BACKGROUND / EXPERIENCE THE DIFFERENCE.
Sean began his real estate career in 1991 working for All Cal Title Company as a Junior Escrow Officer. He was quickly promoted to a Senior Officer running his own Escrow Unit and later responsible for opening and directing a new escrow branch in his hometown of Los Gatos. Sean closed hundreds of transactions... working with buyers, sellers, borrowers, agents, brokers, lenders, attorneys and many others involved with specific real-estate transactions.
Over the next 20-years, proceeding Sean's tenure at All Cal Title Company, he was in direct sales and sales leadership positions. He was focused on selling and implementing SaaS software applications allowing his enterprise clients the ability to better understand their customers, improve customer satisfaction and increase customer loyalty. Sean identified opportunities, defined solutions and negotiated and closed 7-figure contracts both Nationally and Internationally.
