Stephen has been ranked as one of the top commercial real estate professionals in San Francisco for the past 25 years. As of 2019, Stephen has represented the sale of over $1,350,000,000 in multi-family and other commercial properties in San Francisco and the San Francisco Bay Area.
Since 2008, Stephen has successfully started and led three San Francisco commercial real estate firms.
In 2008 prior to joining Paragon Commercial Brokerage, Stephen was Managing Director, for Alain Pinel Investment Group. Under Stephen’s leadership the office was ranked as San Francisco’s #1 Multi-Family Brokerage based on total volume of multi-family sales 2009-2013.
In 2013, Stephen became President/CEO of Paragon Commercial Brokerage, San Francisco’s largest independently held commercial real estate firm, with the responsibility of leading over 30 commercial professionals in one of San Francisco’s most dynamic and successful commercial real estate firms.
In early 2018, Stephen rejoined Pacific Union to lead Pacific Union Commercial. In late 2018 Compass merged with Pacific Union. Stephen now leads 61 agents in Northern and Southern California as President of Compass Commercial.
For the past 24 years Stephen has served as President of the Income Property Marketing Group, the Bay Area’s largest networking organization that promotes the sale of commercial and investment properties. Stephen is an active member of San Francisco Association of Realtors, San Francisco Apartment Association, St Francis Yacht Club and San Francisco Yacht Club.
