Steven Clark specializes in single family, condominium and residential income properties providing his clients with a solid professional background in all phases of residential real estate practice based on over 34 years’ experience in the San Francisco market.
Strong organization, communication and negotiation skills are brought to each client and real estate transaction providing a superior level of professionalism and ethics, affording his clients a high degree of trust and assurance. A licensed Realtor® in California since 1980, retaining ongoing membership in the National Association of Realtors®, California Association of Realtors®, San Francisco Association of Realtors®, California Apartment Association, and the San Francisco Apartment Association. Steven also became a Certified Residential Specialist in 1993.
Involved in community outreach efforts, Steven Clark has previously served on the Board of Directors of several non-profit organizations over the past several years. He has also held positions on Committees devoted to professional standards, governmental relations, and other community service issues. A native of Florida Steven graduated from college immediately relocating to San Francisco and since 1978, has gained intimate familiarity with its various districts and with local market trends. Living in San Francisco for the past 37 years, Steven has been active in real estate, converting both a two unit and a three unit building to condominiums, with considerable experience renovating and managing income property, and has also owned and operated, a 40 acre horse farm.
