Since growing up in the quaint town of Healdsburg from the age of six, Terri Yolo has seen the many changes that have taken place not only in her hometown but Sonoma County as a whole. She has witnessed the real estate market’s highs and lows first-hand – not only as a realtor but also as an investor.
Terri's many years of personal experience as an investor - buying and selling residential properties, as well as some commercial properties - has helped her gain her knowledge in the real estate field. Her experience of taking an ordinary home and transforming it to an extraordinary home has given her the ability to help her clients see their vision of their new home, whether it’s an investment property or their dream home!
Terri loves working with both buyers and sellers. Educating her clients on today’s market is a key point. She wants her clients to understand how quickly the market can change and how quickly one must respond in order to compete in the Sonoma County market. Communication, patience, experience in the real estate market and, most of all, passion for what she does are essential ingredients, combined with integrity and the utmost respect for client confidentiality. She takes pride in her work and wants the best for her clients. Buying and selling your home should be a wonderful experience and she works hard to get that accomplished.
Terri went to Healdsburg High school and attended two years at Santa Rosa Junior College. She has been married for 35 years, has two daughters, two son-in-laws, and five grandchildren. She adores them all.
She is proud to be a member of the “Windsor Soroptimist International Organization”, an organization that helps to empower the lives of women and girls. This group works closely with the human trafficking issues that are prevalent in not just California, but Sonoma County. She and her family donate to the CASA Organization, which helps the young girls and boys better their lives, as well as the Sonoma County Humane Society.
