"Shane was instrumental in helping me find my home here in Brevard. I was traveling out of state constantly and unable to do much of the leg work myself and he would go above and beyond to not only find houses that met my criteria, but would then record video tours and answer any and all questions without hesitation. For physical house tours, I had a window to come down one weekend on the fly and Shane had everything ready to go at a moment's notice to show me houses I asked about as well as houses he intuitively matched to the other houses I requested.
