Shannon is a licensed Realtor in both CA and TX and brings nearly 2 decades of real estate experience and expertise to her clients. After graduating with a Business Marketing degree from Cal Poly State University in San Luis Obispo, California in 2002, she jumped into real estate sales and has been exceeding her client’s expectations ever since. Whether working with 1st-time buyers, luxury sellers, or the savviest investors, her top priority is providing a fabulous experience to every client and the assurance that every detail is handled with the highest level of care. Being proactive, reliable, patient, informative and a consistent communicator helps her clients feel at ease every step of the way. Shannon’s energy and genuine, positive attitude makes it easy for clients to turn into friends. Outside of work, Shannon enjoys being outside and exploring all the family-friendly, fun things Austin has to offer with her daughter Marley, traveling, trying new restaurants, treasure hunting Austin's cool vintage and second-hand stores, and cheering on the Texas Longhorns!
