I had a meeting with her on a Monday to decide how we were going handle the listing, Tuesday the photographer was there and Wednesday the sign went up and that same day she had calls to come and see my condo. Excitingly I got an offer for asking price on Wednesday and another offer which out bedded the asking price on the same day. Needless to say my condo was under contract in two day's and now closed.
