Solangel is adept at utilizing a dynamic combination of strategic pricing, inventive marketing, and high-impact technology to facilitate creative outcomes for her wide client base which includes foreign and local investors as well as second-home buyers. Add to that her professional background in underwriting and mortgages where she started out as a loan processor in 2001 before later becoming a loan officer, she has navigated through various market conditions over the years which informs her resourceful yet caring approach as she puts her clients’ needs first. Being part of their journey as they embark on such great milestones is what she lives for.

Accorded numerous excellence awards over the course of her career, including the 2019 award for most closed units with the Sunbelt title. Outside of real estate, she enjoys experiencing all that South Florida has to offer from its incredible nightlife to its magical beaches.
