Sparks is a California native and moved to Venice, California in 1995. Though he has had other careers, he’s always had an innate sensibility for real estate.
The son of a real estate broker and developer, Sparks has a discerning eye for architectural detail and design and his extensive background in construction provides him the vision to see the highest potential in any property.
