Forming the team of Stephenson/Rose was the natural extension of many years of collaboratively representing both buyers and sellers on numerous projects. These highly productive individuals entered brokerage in Brownstone Brooklyn from two distinct business backgrounds. It was 28 years ago that Annie left her post as a General Manager in Manhattan’s hospitality business. Wendy brings 30 years of experience in sales, management, and strategy with IBM.
