"I contacted Sue to sell my father's home after he passed away (I was the executor of his estate). I had never met Sue, but I knew her husband as we are both volunteer firefighters. The home sale was made somewhat difficult due to the fact it had fallen into some level of disrepair as my father got older and took less care of it.
