It’s a privilege to do what I do. I get to help people through one of the biggest transitions of their lives, whether they are buying a home, selling their home, or — as is often the case — both at once. I have always felt that the best way for us to be of service to our clients is to develop a close relationship with them and gain a deep understanding about what makes them happy in and out of their homes. When I set out on a career in real estate, my primary focus was to build a business based on referrals and trusted relationships….not to shuffle through transactions. My team and I stay dedicated to our clients long after the closing to help them however we can, whether it’s finding them a broker to refinance, a trusted contractor to help with a new kitchen design, or just finding a great place to eat in their new neighborhood. Because our offering is so unique, our clients regularly recommend us to their members and close friends.

In conjunction with running my general brokerage team, I served as the Vice President of Marketing and Sales within The Collaborative Company (TCC) from 2012-2019. I oversaw the marketing and sales of the vast majority of new projects across the City of Boston, providing guidance to some of the city’s largest development teams from land purchase through occupancy.

I have a unique perspective and skill set combining in-depth knowledge of strategic pricing and analysis, digital marketing, social platforms, branding, floor plan design, current amenity trends, and consumer-based demands. It was an exciting time to be a part of Boston’s ever-changing skyline and this experience has pushed my analytical and creative skills to another level. Whether it’s pricing a home or a 400 unit complex we can handle it all. I have had the opportunity to speak at and attend local and international real estate summits, and provide consulting for other agencies looking to take on a similar role in new development.

My team and I occupy offices in both downtown Boston, Winchester and the Cape! We have a wide-angle view of the entire Greater Boston market. We believe in order to full understand one market you must have a clear view of them all. I have visibility into the current market along with what’s coming down the pike so I can give our buyers the ability to get into projects or homes early to obtain the best value on properties at pre-market rates. When we go into a property, we seek to help owners make smart decisions that will ultimately yield a greater return. I am constantly surveying the market from all angles, product types, and zip codes. As a result, I have maintained a high-selling track record and have successfully and consistently outperformed our clients’ pro-formas.

Outside of Real Estate

I moved from the city to Winchester with my husband, three kids, and dogs, Elvis and Frankie. I love amazing food, wine, fun travels, strolling through the city, and surfing! Giving is a large part of our lives and a core piece of our business model. I am a strong proponent of bringing people together to do great things. I am also impassioned by fitness, nutrition, and growing businesses, which led me to also open a gym focusing on cultivating a strong love of fitness for clients as early as age four, and as old as 104. The bottom line is: for me, there is no greater joy than helping those around me reach their goals. I do not believe in the word “can’t”, very rarely will I stop at the first (or tenth) “no” , and so far, it has served my clients, friends, and well.
