Tai was born and raised in the small town of Tracy, California to a second generation farming family. When the small family business started to shift industries into real estate investment, she got watch and learn first-hand about investing in real estate. Overseeing the acquisition of the family’s first multi-family property in Los Angeles introduced Tai to strong connections in the real estate industry thus helping propel her career as a commercial real estate associate. Her previous experience in project management, public relations and hospitality exposed a common thread, to help connect people with their place in the world. As the daughter of farmers, her parents ingrained their philosophy of “Make it grow”. This type of mentality is applied to her everyday success by constantly cultivating, caring and nurturing her relationships for long term prosperity.
Tai graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. Tai went on to receive her masters at Polimoda Institute of Fashion Design and Business in Florence, Italy. Having lived and traveled abroad has helped Tai gain a deeper understanding and appreciation for people of various cultures and backgrounds. When she is not selling real estate, Tai spends her time tracking down the best desserts in Los Angeles.
