Eric Dungy is part of the Ben Moss team at Compass in the sports and
entertainment division, bringing a unique perspective on the art of the real estate
deal. From the moment you meet him, you’ll find that he believes in relationship
He puts his clients’ at ease and their best interest first. While he’s patient and soft-spoken, he’s not afraid to tell his clients “no” when they want to make an emotional, rather than smart, financial decision. By making this big life transition of buying or selling a home simpler, his clients gain the freedom of moving forward to pursue the next step in their life’s journey.
Specializing in South Tampa neighborhoods such as Bayshore Beautiful, Culbreath Isles, Davis Islands, Harbor Island or Channelside, where he attended high school and now lives, Eric keeps his finger on the pulse of the latest trends in the real estate market and all the area has to offer. As an avid sports enthusiast Eric has built an impressive roster of clients nationally through his access to sports and entertainment arenas. He is entrenched in sports leagues across the country, and as a Division 1 student athlete at the University of Oregon, he learned the importance of a strong team dynamic and uses these skills as a real estate advisor.
Eric obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology while demonstrating leadership as a mentor to special needs students and building his network on the west coast. Eric returned to Tampa to pursue a graduate degree in Entrepreneurship at University of South Florida, where he discovered his passion for matching people with their dream homes.
In his spare time he loves trying new restaurants in town and serves on the board of Evolv Brotherhood, an organization dedicated to combating neighborhood violence by connecting with youth and teaching them the power of love and respect.
