DOMO Team member Tommy Weaver is a force of nature in the real estate world, working hard for each of his many clients with the goal of providing the very best Client Experience.
Tommy hails from a background in sales, having spent 10 years managing high end retail stores in the DC area. “I was at a point in my life where I had no job satisfaction, I was bored and needed a change. A close friend suggested I look into real estate as a career, initially I didn’t think it would interest me. I started to look more into the business side of it, I knew it would be a great fit for me and I proceeded to get my licenses for both MD and DC”
A deep commitment to his clients from the beginning of the transaction process to the end is a hallmark of Tommy’s work ethic. “I pride myself on spending a lot of time with my clients, who are a good mix of both buyers and sellers. I’ll line up cleaning people, contractors, inspectors, painters, whatever the client needs….I also pride myself on really hand-holding with my clients”
A unique style differentiates Tommy from his competitors. “I’m a little aggressive, I’m a little loud….ha-ha…I lay it all out upfront, and I’m honest. A lot of my clients have the same personality, and they want answers quickly. Fortunately, I’m quick on the draw. I can’t let things sit. I think that is one of the things that keeps my clients sending referrals”
“My favorite part of the deal? I like being the problem solver, I love dealing with the contractors and organizing things, checking things off the list, talking to agents and negotiating back and forth, and I especially like helping families and seeing the deal go through from beginning to end. Whether its buying or selling. It’s all very satisfying”
When he is not working, Tommy enjoys being a self-described DIY king, letting his creativity run free. He also enjoys spending time with his 3 nieces, ages 11, 7 and 3.”They love going on adventures with me”
