A second-generation real estate agent, Tracey learned the business from the ground up. She joined the Jon Douglas Company as a secretary and after a year received her Real Estate License. Tracey cares deeply about people, and that is evident in her volunteer work with the Make-A-Wish Foundation. She is personally involved, working with fund-raising and is personally involved with fulfillment of the recipients' wish.
