As a professional singer for much of her adult life, Tracy understands the importance of “show” and uses her talents in this light when she is presenting her clients properties to the market. Presentation is of the utmost importance. With this ideal in mind, Tracy uses her “team” of everyone from designers to “clean out” companies to tackle any project related to your sale. It is not beyond Tracy’s expertise to help her sellers that are not local, empty an entire home and prepare it for the market.
