About Tracy
Tracy Jernagin a native of West Los Angeles resided in the San Fernando Valley area since the early 90's, witnessing firsthand the growth and transformation of these vibrant communities. Her passion for real estate was ignited while growing up watching the hustle and major success of her late Aunt Janice Willoughby-Konig a trailblazing agent in Simi Valley turned broker and owner of the largest real estate brokerage in Simi Valley for over 30 years.
Years later Tracy became deeply rooted in near by Woodland Hills and Calabasas areas by being instrumental in bringing the first acclaimed music entertainers to reside in these communities over three decades ago before becoming well known and a popular choice for numerous A-List celebrities to reside today. Tracy’s long history in these communities has always stayed close to her heart but it’s her natural gift of being able to recognize perfect-fits when working with the most discerning clients which enables her to offer the best guidance and valuable insights to the most unique needs whether already familiar or new to these communities.
Driven by her entrepreneurial spirit as well as being a creative, Tracy ventured into the art of property flipping that took her on an immensely fulfilling and successful journey for many years. Starting as a real estate investor, Tracy grew to having an even deeper understanding of all the various facets of the real estate industry and accumulated a wealth of experience and knowledge in the process of dealing with them all.
Currently Tracy works at Compass brokerage located in Beverly Hills on prestigious Rodeo Dr. She works under the esteemed Thornton Group, collaborating as a team with the most energetic and knowledgeable Harry James Thornton, who serves as the team leader. Tracy’s extensive background coupled with HJT’s unwavering commitment to bring exceptional results by leveraging their collective expertise and resources, positions her as a trusted and reliable agent on the team.
