About Vanessa
Vanessa grew up with her family in Bloomfield, New Jersey, and moved to Florida in 2004. Prior to real estate, she spent the first part of her career and most of her life working in the medical field. Vanessa continues to stay abreast of current market trends diligently, and she can quickly assess whether an investment makes financial sense. Excellent negotiation skills and effective communication are the benchmark of her success. She is organized, patient, and her client’s strongest advocate. Her top priority is providing incomparable service for each transaction, from contract to closing. She never forgets the impact having the right home can have on someone and approaches each showing with that in mind. “I am the ultimate matchmaker.” Vanessa has also purchased, renovated, rented, and sold her own properties throughout Orlando. This experience has best served her team’s homebuyers, investors, sellers, and families throughout the sale process. Home flips, and investment property have always come naturally to her because of this experience. Her career in general brokerage began by helping a few friends with their investment properties and snowballed from there into helping many more. She’s on her way to becoming a top-producing agent in the Tampa Bay Area. A little about Vanessa… when she is not working to find someone the perfect home, she enjoys hiking, taking her pups to the beach, and playing tennis. Vanessa and her husband, Richard, currently live in Clearwater.
