About Victor

I am currently a member of The Riley Smith Group at Compass, where I assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in real estate. After obtaining my real estate license and carefully evaluating several agencies, it became clear that this team provided the ideal platform to deliver meaningful value to my clients.

My interest in real estate developed while working in Miami’s luxury homes through my family’s business, Scandinavian Design House. There, I gained extensive experience in the design, construction, and installation of high-end kitchens, closets, and custom interiors. Working alongside my father and sister, I developed a strong foundation in both craftsmanship and client relations.

Prior to that, I spent over three years caddying on the PGA Tour for Erik Compton, participating in more than 95 events and five major championships, including the 2015 Masters Tournament. A career highlight was finishing second at the 2014 U.S. Open at Pinehurst No. 2.

I began my professional journey after graduating from Barry University with a degree in Sports Management and a minor in Business Marketing, where I was part of two national championship-winning golf teams under coach Jimmy Stobs. My passion for golf began at an early age, introduced by my father and brother, with the unwavering support of my family.

Born and raised in Miami, Florida, my experiences have shaped a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence that I bring to every client relationship.
