With a clear understanding of the process and any risk that may occur along the process, any possible difficulties are foreseen, predicted, and strategized to be dealt with. Expect no immediate answers to questions outside of Viktor's expertise. He never speaks about anything without being sure of it. Being on a team with a contract specialist, exclusive contractors with under-market valued material and labor costs trusted 3rd party inspectors, he has recourses to find out and confirm an answer to any question that is outside of his expertise in an incredibly quick manner. Expect to coach, even if you're an experienced buyer or seller, believe him, there is always a different, better strategy to selling your home or helping you purchase one. Viktor's representation and negotiation skills are aggressive but strictly professional and tactical.
