About Wellington
A native New Yorker with expert knowledge of the city, Wellington has been part of New York’s real estate industry since his early days in college. Having worked with various, nationally ranked, top-producing teams, Wellington has developed an in-depth knowledge and the experience to successfully handle a deal from start to finish. From working on the launch of new developments in Brooklyn, to assisting in the sale of $40,000,000 trophy apartments across from Central Park, he has been involved with it all.
Now at Compass, Wellington has partnered with the Coast Team, a premier real estate team working with buyers, sellers, investors, and developers. Through expert real estate advice, cumulative data research, an extensive network, and out-of-the-box marketing strategies, the team guides a vast portfolio of clients in buying and selling beautiful homes in New York City and California. Together the team has conducted over $250,000,000 worth of real estate sales and has partners across the country.
A natural born negotiator and entrepreneur, Wellington is also a trusted advisor and manager for a roster of undefeated professional boxers and future world champions. When not working in his boxing or real estate business, Wellington can be found exercising, learning or doing what he loves most, spending time with his loved ones.
