Weslea O'Connor

Originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico, Weslea O’Connor has an extensive background in real estate. This journey began in working with her father, a custom home builder and real estate investor, helping him manage his properties and construction business while finding new properties to purchase. These experiences honed her keen eye for value and detail.

Her passion for the business-led Weslea to pursue her real estate license in Texas and specialize in the Dripping Springs and Southwest Austin areas. Her experience is further enhanced by the Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE) designation she holds, which distinguishes her in her field and has sharpened her savvy negotiating skills in competitive situations.

Weslea works with buyers and sellers, and her focus is on providing a rewarding real estate experience. As a listing agent, her background in marketing has greatly benefited her clients and creates success for her sellers. She previously worked in the music industry in Nashville as a Regional Director of Marketing at a record label helping to establish new artists in major markets. Weslea was also an on-air radio personality for WBEE in Rochester, New York where she was the midday girl and also the station’s Assistant Program Director. She earned a Bachelor of University Studies from the University of New Mexico with an emphasis on Communication and Journalism.

When she’s not showing properties or negotiating on behalf of her clients, Weslea likes to work out, read, and spend time with her husband and their two dogs.
