About Windrift RE Group
The Windrift RE Group is made up of Principal, Phil MacArthur and Sales Agent, Danny Ryan.
Starting in 2023, Phil spearheaded the creation of his own real estate team, Windrift RE Group. He is taking the philosophy of providing clients with the best service and information to another level by being passionately working hard, keeping his word, and staying resilient during turbulent times.
While attending college in Boston, Phil began to pursue his real estate career. At 19, he quickly became a top rental agent in Boston with Warren Residential. By graduation, Phil had built a successful business helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals in Downtown Boston within many of the most desirable buildings in Boston such as 22 Liberty, Millennium Tower, and The Clarendon.
In addition to his success as a real estate agent, Phil began investing in small multi-family properties in 2016. Today, Phil has built a portfolio of 70+ multifamily units in New Hampshire, a market that Phil strongly believes has the greatest upside in the Northeast and has fully participated in and put his money where his mouth is when he says "real estate is the greatest investment".
Having grown up in Rockport, Danny Ryan is a strong advocate of North Shore living and is versed with the market on the North Shore.
Now that his baseball career is over, Danny enjoys playing golf, fitness, and hanging out at Lighthouse Beach in Gloucester, MA.
