Wright was raised in Dallas, Texas and spent most weekends and every summer working cattle, hunting and fishing on his family’s fifth-generation East Texas cattle ranch and other ranches around Texas. In addition to honing his skills as a sportsman, Wright developed a deep appreciation for ranches and a “hands-on” understanding of the many components that ranch ownership, operation, and improvement entails.
Wright has worked successfully with biologists and wildlife managers to improve private freshwater fisheries, develop waterfowl wetlands areas and improve wildlife habitat conditions for family property and other landowners. In 2007, Wright began focusing on raw land for investments and farm and ranch brokerage. His work experience includes understanding complex landowner issues, representing buyers, representing sellers, acting as an intermediary for multi-million dollar real estate transactions, land assembly/ division/ disposition, and dealing with oil, gas and aggregate leases, operations and reclamation.
In October 2012, Wright focused solely on farm and ranch real estate in Texas. Wright’s understanding of the current Texas ranch market, dedication and energy ensures his clients’ best interests and specific needs are fully met. Wright lives in Dallas and is the father of two delightful children, a five-year-old son, Wright III, and eleven-year-old daughter, Wynne. In his free time, Wright enjoys hunting, fishing and being outdoors with his family and friends.

"Wright has as much knowledge about land, ag, cattle and recreation as anyone I have ever met. His experience and knowledge both increase the properties he will be able to access as well as avoid potential problems that certain ranches could present to a new landowner. Wright’s team executed perfect when it came to selling our property. Could not say enough good things about dealing with Wright and our experience with him." - Charlie
